摘要:

聚酰亚胺不仅具有耐热、耐低温、耐辐射、阻燃和无毒的特性,而且具备优异的机械性能、尺寸稳定性、化学稳定性和生物相容性等优点,在航空、航天、电工、电子、通讯、建筑和汽车等尖端技术领域得到广泛的应用.本文以聚酰亚胺的分类和主要特性为核心,详析聚酰亚胺的合成方法,阐述聚酰亚胺的国内外应用进展,展望其未来的发展趋势.

Abstract:

Polyimide had many advantages,such as heat resistance,low temperature resistance,resistance to radiation,flame retardant,non-toxic characteristics,excellent mechanical properties,dimension stability,chemical stability and biocompatibility etc,had been widely used in aviation,aerospace,electrical,electronics,communications,buildings,cars,and other areas of the tip. In this paper,a review was given about the basic classification and main characteristics of polyimide as the core. It was summarized the polyimide synthesis method and modification of significance. Moreover,suggestions were expounded about the application progress of polyimide in many fields,and prospect the development trend of the future.
