Er~(3+)/Tm~(3+)掺杂双钙钛矿晶体纯绿色发光及温度传感特性的研究

摘要(Abstract):
卤化铅钙钛矿具有广泛的光电应用前景,但因其固有的毒性和不稳定性而很难推广应用。本文研究了Er~(3+),Tm~(3+)掺杂的双钙钛矿Cs_2NaIn_(1-x)Bi_xCl_6(CNI_(1-x)B_xC)多功能荧光粉实现了Er~(3+)的自敏化和Er~(3+)和Tm~(3+)之间的能量转移,在980 nm和380 nm激发下发出高亮度纯绿光。同时,研究了CNB_(0.2)C:40%Er~(3+),40%Tm~(3+)荧光粉的热耦合能级(TCLs)的温度传感特性,对于TCLs最大相对灵敏度(S_r)可达1.127%K~(-1)。
